By accessing or using the Services, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

NEEDLE.TUBE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All content, including product descriptions, blog articles, resources, and educational material, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Services do not create a physician-patient relationship. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Needle.Tube, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising from your use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

14. Modifications to Services

15. Governing Law and Binding Arbitration

15.1. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

15.2. Binding Arbitration.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, your use of the Services, or any transaction with Needle.Tube shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, before a single neutral arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.3. Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions.

BY AGREEING TO THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION, YOU AND NEEDLE.TUBE EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.

16. Changes to this Agreement

We may revise this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website or sent by email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
