Payment methods on our website include credit card transactions only; these include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment methods are effective Feb. 20, 2022 and are subject to change without notice. If you are having difficulty completing a purchase with an accepted credit card, please contact our customer service department at team@needle.tube.

All transactions are processed through Stripe on a secure server. Needle.Tube or any Fibulas affiliated websites do not receive credit card information, and we will never share customer information without preauthorized consent to parties outside of the Fibulas organization such as marketing organizations and data brokers. Once the transaction has been approved, we receive an order request and begin processing. In order to ensure you receive the best experience, a member of our internal team may contact you with additional questions about your order, and supply you with additional product information. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we believe may be fraudulent or detrimental to our business at any time without notice.

Price Disclaimer

Due to the potential for human error, it is possible that some items may be incorrectly priced on our website or product content. All orders are reviewed prior to shipping and the order placer will be notified of any price discrepancies found. Prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Prices are subject to change at any time and some items may be limited in stock. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that have incorrect pricing on our website or in print. If you believe there is an error in pricing, please contact team@needle.tube. We appreciate your patience and your assistance.

Warranties

Needle.Tube or any Fibulas affiliated websites will honor and facilitate all equipment warranties with the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions.

Shipping

Once orders are shipped, we will send order tracking information via email. All orders are shipped based on product inventory and availability. In the event products are not available to ship immediately, the customer will be contacted by our internal team. All shipments are either shipped or drop shipped by our authorized carrier, or delivered directly by delivery personnel.
