Contact us at team@needle.tube or give us a call at 724-497-2188 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery (as marked by FedEx tracking information).

Should there be a rare case where a return or refund is deemed necessary, rest assured, we will guide you through the process. Approval for such requests will be given in writing, detailing all necessary steps.

Returning Your Items

If you've received written approval from us to return an item, please note that shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise in our approval. For approved returns, exchanges, or replacements, we will provide you with a shipping label. Any shipping fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Processing Your Refund or Exchange

Upon the return of the product, our dedicated team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once verified, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please be aware that refunds can only be issued after we have received and verified the returned product. Any items that are damaged or missing in the return shipment will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
